Nothing "super" about it. Standing in the customer service line with 25 of my closest friends because the sales associate my husband spoke to when he came in here an hour ago gave him the wrong stuff. Instead of just being able to go grab the right stuff and exchange it at a register, we have to wait in this line while 3 employees standing 5 feet away chit-chatting and just looking at all us sad saps standing here waiting for service. And the 2 associates at the desk seem to be spending more time talking to each other than helping the customers. I'll be taking my business to Target from now on.
