  • We had a young child that vomited in the middle of the night while staying at Residence Inn. I was trying to be a good person and cleaned up the mess. I called down to the front desk asking if they had cleaning supplies I could use. The front desk personnel brought the cleaning solution up to our room. The next business day we had a charge of $250 on our card. They charged us for the cleaning solution. I got charged for trying to clean so their staff wouldn't have to touch bodily fluids. Lesson learned.
