  • Me and my family have been going to Dentist Grampp for years. Actually Mr. Grampp and the Dental Hygienist is very helpful and always extremely polite. It's the Office assistants that are horrible and reason for bad review. I called Emergency # on Christmas Eve as my filling came out and was concerned about infection. The lady I spoke to stated she would call me back to set appt for Monday. Now 7:03 pm Monday night still no phone call. Wait! There's more. Coincidently my wife's retainer came apart yesterday morning and is causing extreme pain on her bottom teeth. Taking Ibuprofen every 4 hours. She leaves a message to please call back to get this taken care of. Probably would only take 5 min to fix it. Same thing. It's now Monday night with no phone call. We now have decided to find another dentist. Very unfortunate as the Hygienist was the best we've ever had.
