  • We came home from a family vacation. I took all 3 car seats out of our car and drove to cobblestone to get a "deep clean" I paid for one of the higher priced options. I drove home and found crumbs on our leather seats, cup holders hadn't been touched, seats hadn't been wiped down, crumbs on floor mats. I would have turned around to take it back, but it had already taken close to an hour and we had plans that afternoon. I took pics and sent them in and was told to call the gm. I think the problem is that even if they want to rewash it, I have to take out all the car seats and sit for another hour. Their job is to clean the car.
