  • Jeremy is condescending, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. First of all, how is a trade-in that is fully paid off not considered as down payment? He tells me that my downpayment of $1k and trade-in value car of $2k doesn't equal to a $3k down-payment that it's separate. FALSE. DO NOT FALL FOR THAT. I asked him to explain this, he says to not get into the technicality of it. Then, he goes into saying how it's disrespectful of us to waste his time if we had no intention in signing his deal. UMMM, there was no promises whatsoever we were going to buy a car this evening. We just wanted numbers and we stated this to him in the very beginning. So.. HYUNDAI PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. It leaves a bad impression to have an employee that's not knowledgeable whatsoever and LIES!
