  • I would not recommend Goettl! The tech told me that the compressor was old, and lost compression. He said he could replace it, but it would probably break in 6 months. He said my unit was too old and couldn't be repaired with the 'new style' parts. Then he tried to sell a new unit for $3500. I refused service. I called Sierra air. They came out within 2 hours of calling. The tech was in the roof for 5 minutes, came down and said the condenser fan motor was bad. $600 and 40 minutes later, ice cold air was blowing in my house again. So, I had to eat the $49 'service' fee from Goettl. I'm just going to show everyone my $50 flashlight that they were kind enough to 'give' me.
