  • 0 stars for ethics! Lots of hidden charges despite you refusing their upsells. People at the counter word things in such a way that no matter how you answer you will be stuck with something extra. For example, will you be upgrading your coverage to full coverage, or are you opting for only basic coverage? ... both are upgrades for their insurance and they tried charging me. The list went on and on and the guy tried changing a $66 reservation to roughly $200. Must have thought I was a real dummy. Of course that didn't fly, but regardless of the amount these guys are con artists, so be very aware.
