My family and I stayed here for 5 days. There were a total of 4 rooms that were purchased and paid up front . Check In was very easy and my room was ready pretty early. Besides the smokiness of the casino, it was nice. We came for the bowling championship. The bowling area was cold as Antarctica but it was clean. We did have a few bumps in the road. We went to brunch at the buffet and it took 25 minutes to seat us. We ended up helping them move tables together. We then made a reservation at Silverado and when we got there our seats weren't even together. That was really disappointing. We ate at steak and shake and that was pretty delicious. The movie theater was cool and the popcorn there was great. We all went to the Motown show on Tuesday night and that was a great show. It was great that It was a free show. The only problem I had with the hotel is that my brother wanted to extend his stay by one day and they were very rude and didn't want to give him the rate that we all paid when we booked. We had already paid thousands to the hotel and they really wanted to fuss about a rate for one night. He did get the rate but had to talk to the manager. The way they handled that situation is enough to keep us and our money from coming back.
