| - I went in a few days ago with a friend visiting town, and I wasn't planning on buying anything but Rocky who works at the cashier at PINK sold me on their new VS body care only for $8 (limited time, I believe). She had told me their was body wash, lotion and everything in the other room. She offered to go and grab what I wanted, I said, "no I'm fine, I'll go, I haven't made my decision yet." She was the nicest staff I encountered there. I go on to the other side of the store, finally decide what I wanted which was one body wash and one lotion. So I get into line, and purchase it. The lady who works there doesn't ask me if I wanted to sign up for an Angel card, she just automatically said, "let's sign you up for one." She also decided to charge me for the sample sitting on the counter. She didn't even ask if I wanted a printed or email receipt. She just said, "your receipt will be in your email." I tried calling their store and didn't even get a staff answering it at all. Why have a phone when no one is going to answer it? I email VS customer service and I have no response when they claim to respond within 24 hours. It's been over 48 hours. Terrible customer service and I strongly dislike the VS at fashion mall. Not going back again.
