About a month ago my first time visiting the SPCA after I looked at their website and the dog I was seeking was already adopted. I asked the staff why the website is not updated and he said they are changing the management and it should be updated soon. Today I was interested in one pet and I called to make sure they have it and also trying to find out more about the pet and the staff didn't know anything. All she said was everything is on the website. I said, not everything that is why I called to find out more about the pet. She put me on hold for about 25 minutes and I hung up since she never came back to the phone to say she was sorry about putting me on hold. If you want your pet to be adopt quickly, you need to train your staff better so that they know about the pets and be able to provide more detail information over the phone. At times, they never answer the phone and that is an issue too. You could hire intern to handle the phone with good customer service and etc. Also there is no email address on the website when I can ask detail information about pet.
