  • While I'm not happy with the cheap @$$ ring my fiancĂ© chose, this has nothing to do with this business. After he proposed (and I reluctantly said yes because every guy knows not to be cheap with this purchase...well all but my guy...but I digress..I love him. He chose poorly. We will get beyond this!), he took me to get my ring sized. I was a bit put off by the location. But inside, the people were dressed professionally and were helpful in my situation. When I first got sized by the gentleman, it seems that we picked too large a size. So when I came to pick up my ring, it was still too big. The jeweler agreed to fix it right there on the spot. It only took about 30 min or so. That was much appreciated because, despite how I feel about the ring itself, it still symbolizes our promise to commit to a life together and I wanted to represent. They understood. So while i was totally expecting a negative experience based on the previous reviews, mine was positive. The staff was professional and friendly. I don't know about diamond quality. I do know it has a brown tint and i read that that is fine but most people just prefer clear. I don't care about that. I would still recommend folks get a 3rd party to appraise any diamond you purchase from anywhere. I asked my fiancĂ© and his experience in picking out the ring was also positive.
