  • I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel I have no choice but to. Bought a sectional from here about 7 months ago and it's already falling apart. The cushions on the couch are unraveling along with the pillows. I understand wear and tear but for this to happen after 7 months... unreal? The sectional wasn't cheap either I paid more expecting better quality but I guess this is not the case. I've called several times to complain but I'm always directed to leave message (which I leave) but I never get a call back. At this point I'll have to drive out to Glendale (30 minutes out of the way) to get some resolution. Very disappointed and I won't be shopping here again.
