I purchased a membership about five+ years ago for my disabled daughter. She had the same therapist each time...Elizabeth. Elizabeth is great and attended to my daughters unique needs. No complaints there. BUT....apparently there is a rule in the fine print that was not verbally told to us. If you accrue several massages, then decide to stop the membership, they will not allow you to use the massages you already paid for. In our case it was over $300 worth. They accrued after my daughters shoulder replacement. They did freeze the account for six months, but with a year of rehab, more massages accrued. After frustrating negotiation, we ended up working it out with me using up some of the massages and they waived the last few months of membership payments so we could catch up and quit. There is a class act lawsuit against this franchise for just this situation. We received a letter concerning the issue.
