Worst customer service experience ever. Entered the store and waited approximately 20 minutes. No greeting. No be with you in a few minutes. When he finished with the customer he was working with, he then proceeded to have a phone conversation with another store about his schedule and trip to visit family later this week.
When he finally came over to us, I asked about waiving activation fees since I've been a customer with Sprint for over 10 years. He said they couldn't do that because Sprint had gotten in trouble for waiving activation fees - which made no sense and when I spoke to sprint over the phone was told is not the case.
When he said he would not help with the activation fees, we decided to leave the store. I offered a suggestion regarding customer service - greet customer, say be with you as soon as I can. My husband added that the customer service at the store was poor. The sales representative then told my husband he needed to leave the store or he would call the police. My husband exited the store and I asked for the District Managers contact information. He told me he would get the number, but less than a minute later told me he would not get the number and that if I did not leave the store he would call the police.
I would highly recommend not going to any of the Connectivity Service Sprint stores. There are three other dealers in the Valley who may offer actual customer service. While talking with Sprint outside the store, another customer left the store stating he also did not have his concern addressed and did not receive any customer service.
