  • One star because the tech was super kind and prompt. Called multiple carpet cleaning companies to find a portable unit for my condo. Hired Magiclean due to this feature, and explained to him why this was necessary. It was not a problem as far as scheduling went. When the tech arrived, he was not given directions as far as my unit number was concerned, and dispatch did not send him out with a portable machine. Due to time sensitivity to closing out my lease, this negligence set me back in time this morning and lost $250 of my security deposit for failure to have the carpets cleaned. Other business name is AZ Clean Tech. Wondering if a strained reputation prompted a new business name.
