  • Unfortunatelly, as convenient as i thought this place would be since its right in the neighborhood, the customer service can drive you away as far as you can get from this place. Prices are very, very inconsistent. Owner claims to have a special dry cleaning equipment for certain materials and when asked in detail of how he will take care of the clothes to make sure it will not be damaged, he says that his machine is not hooked up to the wall and he doesn't yet know how to operate it haha crazy!!! They are also much more expensive then some of the other places and when we as customers bring in quite a few items to be cleaned, i believe that at least some discount should be given. I will never again come to the Smart Cleaners on Decatur and Cactus because they have failed in every possible category and another business owner will hopefully appreciate my business.
