  • I've been a resident here since 2015 and I absolutely love living here. It's such a wonderful community, think asking your neighbor for sugar type of community. I actually asked her for a plunger but that's a story for another day! =P I love all the events that Liv continuously hosts, from Happy Hours, to pool parties, to yappy hours for the dogs, painting parties, weekly pizza from Papa Johns, the food trucks, the on site grooming and hair cuts, to our wonderful yoga teacher and personal trainer Steve. Maintenance is awesome too, they are always a delight to deal with. Ariel and Jeff are always smiling and so pleasant! The leasing office is like family now, Katie, Crystal, Sue, and Abner are such a wonderful team and seriously the nicest people! Sue was my leasing agent and she is an absolute sweetheart, our business relationship was immaculate from start to finish and now I'm happy to call her my friend. She's literally amazing to deal with and answers all your questions even before you thought you had a question to ask! I can't recommend this place enough, as a single gal who moved here alone 2500 miles away from friends and family, I have new friends and new family here at Liv! #LivLikeNoOther
