  • Float Balloon Tours are amazing! The team, the experience, the food, just everything about it was truly superb. Especially comparing pricing for just a normal balloon float, this company goes above and beyond and with the other inclusions, you really can't go wrong--great value. I am a travel agent and I had planned a trip to Arizona with my sister and mother as a late Christmas gathering. We decided to look into crossing Hot Air Ballooning off all of our bucket lists so I did some digging and found Float through their sister company Cloth & Flame. The owner Olivia was really helpful setting everything up and when weather prohibited our morning flight, Preston called and was extremely apologetic and moved us to the nighttime flight with no additional cost to compensate for the change. Completely unnecessary, but really appreciated. Scott (the pilot) was fantastic and knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to sail with, & Jake (our van driver and guide before the flight) was great at keeping the group in the loop about how they had to track the winds and ensure our take off point was the safest and best spot for the evening sail, he was also hilarious. The balloon ride itself was so peaceful! You don't really feel like you're moving at all until around landing time. The sunset and the visibility the evening we went up was superb and it was a great way to view the mountains, the desert, and Lake Pleasant. After we landed, the crew immediately started setting up dinner with lights and delicious food, great champagne cocktail and blankets to keep us all from freezing! It was genuinely a fantastic and unforgettable experience and I would not hesitate in any way to recommend this company to future clients or anyone else!
