rev:text	I usually don't post but I had to let you know about our experience with NTS Limo service in Vegas. I booked them for daughter's stagette. It was not a good experience. There were 5 girls arriving (on different flights but at approximately the same time) This was the issue as this was not communicated to the driver. Speaking with the company they said they weren't aware if this and that it involved pick up at different terminals. I am not sure where the miscommunication came from but that wasn't the biggest problem. The problem was the driver who was totally disrespectful and rude to the girls. At one point he told my daughter that they should just leave without the others. I spoke with the company four times that morning trying to get everything straightened out. I complained about the driver's attitude and indicated that he should be able to deal with issues as I am sure it is not the first time difficulties have arisen. He should be treating his customers graciously and with respect. He told my daughter that it was going to cost more and that didn't include his gratuity. He also told her that that the gratuity should be 20%. I believe that gratuity should be earned not expected!!!! His attitude got better after the company rep called him but then I get a message from her saying that there are no lights or music in the limo -- apparently the battery was dead. I then called again at which point they said they would check on it. They called me back and surprise now they had lights and music. I have used Presidential Limos many many times while in Las Vegas and has never run into any of their drivers with this kind of attitude. This was the beginning of the trip for these girls and it put a damper on what was suppose to be fun!!! The company said that they didn't want to take any more time away from the girls and that they would check into it further. I have not heard anything from them. It would seem that customer satisfaction is not high priority for them. I will not use this company again. If you can use Presidential they are by far superior to NTS. This is what the owner wrote back back on their website when I posted this review: Unfortunately, when Debra made the reservation she "forgot" to let us know that the girls are coming in on 3 different flights that are hours apart and wanted the driver to wait and provide service at both terminals for no additional charge.. The battery was never dead, they were transported in a beautiful, safe, clean vehicle with a professional driver and everyone was ecstatic besides Debra which was paying wasn't even there frown emoticon Not sure why you ever stopped using another company if they were soooo superior?! Thank you I am now not surprised that their driver does not see the value of customer service. As for the girls it is interesting that it was because of their calls and texts that I was required to call.. and four times to get issues resolved. Your driver's attitude did not "improve" until I called and the "lights and music" didn't work until I once again called...and yes from now on I will definitely be booking with Presidential Limos...
