| - Went to the Apple store because my iPhone speakers sounded like they where dying out over the last few weeks. You know the sound, like a car stereo system is crackling and the sound just is wavering out. Anyway, waited for the services which was awesome, they know what they're doing and it's nice to know that it's not just someone off the street who woke up thinking that they wanted to work with phones for the day. The reason for the review is the way they treat people waiting for services. Like their customer service line too, they're short, a little snobbish, and like to throw things back in their customers faces. They replaced my iPhone speakers (which I didn't know could be done) and repeated to tell me that "well all they needed was to be cleaned, but we replaced them anyway because we said we would, but all they needed was a cleaning." Like I'm suppose to know that iPhone speakers inside of the phone need to be cleaned? I work in healthcare, not technology. Even on our shitty days at work we still manage to make those we're interacting with feel important, not like a waste of time. Work on your customer service Apple, remember that not everyone is a tech savvy person.
