  • I've been to Ocotillo a few times and have enjoyed their salads and small plates but the other day I decided to order their Ocotillo chicken to go. BAM! That's what my taste buds said the moment I put this deliciousness in my mouth. Actually, even before that taste my eyes were like - oh yeah! You get two pieces of chicken with skin on the bone and underneath is this revelation of a potato salad. The overall flavors are sweet and spicy due to the honey and chili's. The juice from the chicken kicks up the potato salad flavor even more. Game changer. I have to admit that I find the atmosphere a tiny bit pretentious so I haven't loved my dining in experiences despite the lovely decor, but I won't hesitate to order out this chicken regularly. That way I can also dive in with my hands like this chicken demands :-). The bartender who took care of the to-go's was super nice and welcoming, thank you!
