  • I usually go see Irene or Robin at Champagne Salon #2 (they are fabulous!) but unfortunately they did not answer their phone yesterday when I called. I read decent reviews on this place, so I went in and saw Nicole. She was very nice, and when I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair, had a decently lengthy consultation and really seemed to be on the same page. Let me tell you, we were not. I was blonde going back to darker hair, and I asked for a few blonde sections to be left out and toned to give a kind of balayage look, and it just looks like she forgot to die portions of my hair. I'm not the kind of person that will fight about getting money back or making them do my hair over, so I paid, but I'm really annoyed because I'm going to end up having to go to my usual place to get this fixed. I don't event want to walk around with it.
