i had no expectations coming here. i was even cautioned not to fall for the gimmick that is the food network (i have been duped by rachel ray's $40 a day), but we came here anyway.
we came here for brunch and i definitely packed on the pounds here. i ordered the grilled lamb cobb salad, the lamb was amazing although they did skimp on the lamb pieces as well as the lettuce.
luckily, i had prime seating because i got to sample my sister's burger as well as my friends burger, a spicy chicken with egg, and the pork sandwich (which was the only disappointing thing. i believe in bobby flay and his grilling/flavor profiles because the burger was soooo good.
the best part of brunch was the free bread basket. it came with all kinds of scones and baked goods, sweet and savory. there was even a jalapeno cheese scone, SOOOOOOO YUM! i have NEVER seen a bread basket like this before, this was like a bakery in a basket! i ate about HALF of the basket alone! seriously. i had to try one (or two..) of everything. i was lucky to be sitting near my sister whom i was sharing a basket with because she doesnt like to eat things like that, so i got to eat her share! This bread basket is actually worth the entire visit alone.
all 8 of us were satisfied (minus the pork sandwich), and left completely full and in a food coma wandering around the forum shops. thank you bobby flay for the 5lbs i gained and a delicious meal. i believe in you & your bbq grill.
