  • I have never eaten here but just watched the video someone posted. And I have to ask - why do people in the food industry even bother to wear gloves if they don't use them correctly (i.e. holding the skewer with a gloved hand while handling raw meat with ungloved hand)? That is rhetorical, by the way.
