  • (Pros) -------------------------------------------------- I just came here tonight... for my first time with my cousin. We made an appointment for two. And they accommodated us. 1* earned. The guy who answered the phone was nice and friendly, and greeted us to the business, and made the entrance feel welcoming. And the place was clean. 2* earned. Highlight of the massage was having the oil and hot stones for the first time, which was a nice touch... 3* almost had it. (But i took it away) it didn't really effect me because there was not enough pressure, or rhythm to the the use of the stones... and that part of the massage was so short! (Cons) -------------------------------------------------- (Too much talking) Maybe it was the fact that we were in a couples cubicle? But the ladies from start to finish were talking amongst themselves, chit chatting away in another language... which I didn't understand, an I couldn't relax. (Uncomfortable chair/table) The chair was very uncomfortable, they should have offered to put a pillow under my back for lumbar support... actually one of the ladies gave one to my cousin, but not me. :( (Cold Oil) The oil was cold, and I mean cold. Not warm like it is supposed to be, or at least at body temperature when rubbed between the Hands. This lady, kept slapping it on and just continued to add oil (again while it was cold) (I've had better) The massage itself was subpar for what I paid... I've received better experiences in other places. This is not a rant review, but a pure honest review of my experience tonight. (Tip?) I don't like the fact that the ladies stood there waiting to hear what we were planning to tip them. While the guy was asking how much tip do I want to put on the card... tips should be earned... and I felt obligated to tip more than my experience was worth. (Oh well) I decided to give them a try, since their overall reviews were not bad, and it was close to the house. I can't say that I would rave about going there, ever again... but I do hope that management takes the time to educate their employees on professional massage techniques, and etiquette. (Overall satisfaction) UN satisfied
