  • I bought a LivingSocial for duct cleaning from Forever Vent and couldn't be happier! Although they were only 15 minutes behind schedule, they were very proactively upfront and honest about the reason why and assured me that my technician would be arriving shortly. As promised, Luis arrived right on schedule and was VERY respectful in many ways. He was respectful of my home and also my limited knowledge of air duct systems. He took his time to demonstrate his professionalism and explain what he was doing as well as made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. After explaining that I should get this sort of thing done every other year (no matter what company I use classy/honorable move right there) he explained what he could do for me moving forward if I chose to use his company again - which I certainly will be after this!
