  • None of the Sally's beauty supply locations are good anymore. Used to come here religiously when it first opened, but when they kept opening other locations, the staff went WAY downhill. Last time I went in, the staff were extremely rude, and unknowledgeable. I'm not a professional stylists by any means, but I do know that you DONT put bleach on your hair, with 40 volume developer, for 45 minutes with heat, to lift medium blonde hair 1 shade. I guess there's no repercussions with frying people's hair off. Very sad that this chain went downhill so badly because it used to be my main go to.
