Here on vacation and staying at a resident. I love Costco and was thrilled to see one so close to where my friends and I are staying. Everything was great including the wonderful polish dogs and pizza up until it was time to check out. Our two associates (one was named Tyler who has been there since 2005 according to his name tag) were incredibly rude and looked like they were inconvenienced to be helping us. I counted three sighs during our transaction. To top it all off they decided it was a bright idea to put one carton of a dozen eggs on top of two cases of water on the bottom rack of our cart. Of course we didn't notice until we loaded up our car and the carton of eggs fell out. Awesome. Thankfully a gentleman named Donald who was collecting carts saw what had happened and offered to grab us a new one. He was basically the only one to actually be kind and helpful here which is odd. The Costco back in WA is full of helpful associates, I guess that's not a job requirement here in Henderson, NV. One star for the polish dogs, one star for the fact we were able to buy everything we needed, and one star for Mr. Donald!!!
