  • If I could post zero stars for this place, I would. First, and I don't know how that is possible with Yelp, but Premiere Wellness removed my review simply because it was a negative one. This is very unethical to do, but what do you expect from owner who gives herself the right to ruin people's faces and charge them money for it. I have posted some pictures that I believe premiere wellness could not remove. I used to go there when Jessica and Elizabeth were the nurses, and they did a wonderful job. The new owner, the so-called "Dr." Collins, ruined my face. It's been 40 days and my face is not getting a hint of improvement after her botox froze my forehead, gave me droopy eyes and added wrinkles near my nose and around eyes (she charged me approximately $500 for botox alone). My face has lost its features (has no volume anymore) my cheeks became saggy, my eyes hurt so much, I have headaches every day and I'm unable to have any expressions whatsoever. My eyes just refuse to move, and I have to turn around to look next to me. I hope the women out there won't go to her, and don't get fooled by the few good reviews she has and the model face she has on the front of her page. The model is apparently her friend, and the few good reviews are for the previous owners an aestheticians.
