I love the Venetian's high-class shops (to stare at, never to buy on my wages) and the atmosphere of their dining (Mario Batali's restaurants alone are weep-worthy cuisine). Their rooms are amazingly lush. But there's just something about the Venetian as a gambling choice that doesn't do it for me. Maybe it's because the stakes are much higher than essentially anywhere but the Wynn or the Bellagio.
But everything else is really, really awesome. Check out their rare bookshop in the shopping center for some really nerdy but neat scenes. And feast at Carnevino! You will thank me later!
