  • I have been to this urgent care twice. One time for a virus/pink eye and the PA hardly looked at my son. Looked at his eyes said oh yup it's pink eye. Didn't listen to his lungs or address any other symptoms my child was having. Turned out to not be pink eye and just part of a cold virus. Just a week later, I decided to give this place a second chance. This visit was awful. Only one other person waiting. No doctor, only a PA in the office. Waited an hour and decided to leave. Lots of people walking around but no one calling patients back. There were medical assistants walking in and out a side door talking but for an hour no one was called back. This is crazy! I prefer an urgent care that has a DOCTOR in the office.
