  • This company is the worst. Primarily because the owner, Rick is a total liar. He comes off very nice and professional but he is really a snake. We had them come out and look at our pool filtration system. After 3 times at 75$ per visit (through our home warranty). The tech said that clearly our system needed to be replaced. They even went over the options for the replacement unit and we assumed it was on order. A week and a half later I called and spoke with the owner and he told me they needed to have a second opinion. We then called home warranty and were told that he had told them that our claim was denied for lack of proper maintenance. Long story short we had to have another company come out and they replaced the filtration system. Do not use this company!
