Everyone seemed friendly, there's plenty of parking in the lot and on the street, and best of all one of the friendly employees plucked me from the back of the line to get me checked out on their self-serve kiosk. She did all the work of pressing buttons and labeling things, all I had to do was confirm a few things (like the envelopes I was sending didn't contain flammables, for example). She was also apologetic that the system made me pay separately for each envelope - truly not a big deal at all but it was nice that she wanted to make my experience as smooth as possible. Super glad I now know how the kiosk works so I can skip the line in the future!
