  • In response to Michael E.'s unsubstantiated comments regarding my water heater. 1) Responds a full year later. A FULL YEAR. Considering how unprofessionally long it took for them to respond with my quote after they visited my home and I had to make multiple calls to find out where the quote was, that makes sense I guess. 2) Notice how instead of owning up to anything I wrote in the review, they instead just try to justify charging outrageous prices? 3) Trying to put down the company I used without knowing anything about them, my install, and how amazing it was after the fact from a reputable company that wasn't trying to rip me off just shows a certain level of sleaziness. Moral of the story. A year later I'm sitting pretty with an upgraded 50 gallon water heater. Have had zero issues. Professionally installed. Codes all up to date. And, pulled the permits myself and had it inspected since it's mindlessly easy and inexpensive to just do yourself. Sin City was trying to charge $100 for permits. Something that only costs you, the homeowner, $35. Outrageous. Sorry, Sin City, but per my previous review, you dropped the ball. You took forever getting back to me. Then on top of it, were trying to take advantage of a Veteran financially compared to multiple other companies. Don't be angry you didn't get the job. Be angry that someone else did it better at a more reasonable price. Look inward, not outward, kiddos.
