  • There are few times when I go to a hardware store that I expect to be blown away. Usually the customer service is nonexistent and someone in the department I'm looking for help is always on lunch. I'm writing this because over the last few months I had been remodeling my kitchen and using another vendor. Unfortunately, they didn't have every part in the kitchen I bought from them. Converting certain plumbing pieces was turning into a nightmare. Then my dad and I met Dana from the plumbing area. He knew every piece I ever needed. He knew the aisle, the method, the material, and the reason why I'd need anything. This review has been long overdue and he deserves all of the recognition for being such an amazing resource. Dana, I know you saw us a lot over the recent months and you have no idea how much your help changed my unfortunate experience from those other guys. Thanks to you I have a functional kitchen. Give him a raise!
