Bad service over the phone. I was asking questions about a service, after answering some questions he said: ``I have no time to be on the phone all day (it was a business question, not asking about the weather!!), I have people in front of me ( how was I supposed to know!?), you can send me an email.`` Why did he answer the phone while being with other clients? I understand that he didn't want to be rude to the other customers , instead he was rude to me. He offered his email but I found him so impolite that I didn't feel like doing business at this place.
