  • We loved this company at first, but even though the contract says bi-monthly they were only coming every 3 months, even in the summer. The last time they came was in May and when the guy came he only did the front yard and then left a note saying sorry I missed you even though I was home the entire time. I never received a text, call, or knock on my door. After that incident three months had passed and we heard nothing from them. In the meantime cobwebs were piling up, crickets everywhere, and scorpions in our house. We called to cancel and they told us they had someone scheduled two weeks from then... way over the 3 month mark. We have hired someone else and they are coming tomorrow... thank God bc we just saw another scorpion in our house tonight. I have a 2 year old so I can't have unreliable service like this. I'm disappointed bc this company had potential, but now I'm not so sure.
