  • My husband and I hired Bill to inspect a repo property we were about to purchase. We saw his great reviews and checked out his website. After talking over the phone, Bill met us the very next morning at the home. It was the best decision we have ever made! Bill is thorough. He spent 3 hours showing us the ins and outs of the home. He pointed out severe water damage and mold that the bank had tried to cover up with fresh paint and new carpet. The damage was estimated at $30,000-$40,000! Needless to say after finding all this out we decided not to buy this home. Bill saved us a ton of money and a huge headache. He is knowledge, fair and gives a great price. Very military friendly as he is a retired Marine (we won't hold that against him). Bottom Line- If you're buying a pre-owned property you NEED to have him inspect your property! He will also give you future advice on do-it-yourself projects and answer any questions you have. 100% worth it!
