  • Took laptop, was promised 2 days, 5 days & 3 calls later it was done. Still checking but I found my McAfee full suite uninstalled. After 20+ years in IT there is no accidentally uninstalling a program. Especially a major one. Now I have to take the time to check for other missing software and hopefully can get them reinstalled. This place does not know what they are doing and to charge $129 is ludicrous.
