  • This development doesn't fit in Vegas. Their projects in San Diego are much better suited to the San Diego market but they tried to bring that design here. They should have adjusted it to meet local needs better. Regardless, it is a diamond in the rough of Downtown. It also didn't help that this development got pummeled by the real estate crisis.
