  • Karla is a natural at this. She makes you feel at ease, like you've known her forever. After going here for six months, I finally bought a multi-pack to save some pennies because I felt really good about making that kind of commitment. I've been through so many waxing places in Toronto (I think about 6 in total). This is a keeper. I'm looking for cleanliness, how skilled is the esthetician (AKA how quickly can they get this over with and how much do I have to curse through my teeth), and ideally it would be great if it were below $40. Karla makes sure to do all of the above AND she is just so kind. No one looks forward to getting waxed, but with her it's over so quickly and it's probably the most painless I've ever had it be. You can tell she really wants her clients to come in feeling confident and leave feeling happy.
