  • We called Cool Pools who were a referral from a friend because we were having pump issues. They were able to get to us the next day which was great, then our service tech was AMAZING. He was so knowledgeable on everything pools. We were able to pick his brain gave and he gave us a ton of suggestions and he was super honest. Told us what was exactly wrong and told us what we needed to fix and how much it would cost if we did it on our own! A breath of fresh air, we will never call another pool place, ever!
