  • I was really excited to find this place. The reviews seemed mostly positive so I brought a few rings in to be sized. The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. They said my rings would be ready in 24 hours... GREAT! They called me a few hours later to let me know they had already finished sizing my rings and I could pick them up. I eas excited and appreciated the quick turn around as one if the rings was a gift. They looked great! You can't even tell they were altered. Fast foreard two months... I have had two stones out of two of the three rings fall out! Thank goodness I didn't lose the stones! I pit all three rings in my safe until I can find another jeweler to set the two stones and check the third ring. Very disappointed.
