  • I was next in line. I was told by a sales associate to use the self service. I told her I do not want to use it. She said, then you have to wait. She pretended to be busy straightening things in another person's counter. Really!?! Then, I went to another checkout because I could not wait for her to sort the whole store out. I then saw her help the person next to me. If you do not want to work - I think somebody told me your name is Lacey - then say so. I could understand that.
