  • I really love my apartment. It's bright and spacious with a large living room area. The location is great with access to bus lines and walking distance to shops and restaurants. AJ, the leasing agent I worked with, is super attentive and goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. For instance, when I lost water in my apartment and I couldn't get through to Lobos because the phone lines were so busy from the influx of calls, I wasn't sure what to do so I texted AJ. (Pittsburgh water and sewer didn't have anything posted to their website nor their Twitter about this at the time.) He was able to follow up and let me know that it was actually a city issue, a water main break, that was currently being repaired. He has also helped me navigate the general area where the apartment is located and is always kind and prompt in his replies. I've also requested the dryer to be fixed for the laundry downstairs, and miraculously the day I submitted a ticket online it was repaired the same day. I've rented in Manhattan, Brooklyn, San Francisco, Oakland, and Boston throughout the past 20 years and have been happy here with the attentiveness and professionalism of renting with Lobos.
