  • Peter, one of the staff people a young blond guy, needs to work on his manners. Very unpleasant personality. I am a loyal lulu customer for many years . This time Purchased $250 worth of clothes asked if I could return pants I purchased a while back and never wore , the way he answered to me as if I was trying to do something shady. No "i am sorry " only " I don't know who told you that" I was able to exchange legging I didn't use after 60 days for something else in this very store a couple of years ago. It is okay if I can't bring them for exchange but there is no reason to talk down to customers
