  • This woman with an (Irish?) accent was totally flustered, had us come down saying the item (Stokke steps highchair with baby set) was on the floor but when we got there she said they don't have room for floor samples we would have to pay and go to the warehouse a block away.. We went to the warehouse which is in another mall, no parking, the place was super shady with just a paper sign on a wall with "bb buggy" and looked like a fly by night operation I'm posting pix check them out. They don't let you try anything in the store and they have a No return policy.. And terrible customer service. I won't shop there again. I gave 2 stars because we managed to get what we were looking for despite the horrible experience
