  • As stated by Allison Razza in her last email, " It is not required for us to photograph any the items an additional time AFTER professional cleaners have cleaned due to us already having photos of the unit. " In other words, we can charge you whatever we want! I just want to warn the residents of this complex to make sure your place is 100% cleaned out before you even tell them your about to move out because what will happen is that the moment you tell them your moving, your going to get a surprise visit by management and then they will start taking pictures of all your mess before you had a chance to clean it up, and then charge you for it. Yah, sounds real fair!
