  • We were looking to update/upgrade our home theater equipment and were looking to go somewhere other than Best buy. We went to Star Power in Scottsdale and a salesman named Ron helped us. He was very helpful, gave us options, didn't push all the high end equipment but rather recommended equipment that would fit our needs. The installation was great, guys were knowledgeable (almost too knowledgeable). The only complaint was the remote they set up. It was a bit more complicated to operate than we expected. I spoke with Ron a few different times when we could not figure out how to get something to work, and each time he walked me through it. We are very happy with everything.
