  • We purchased a rocker recliner chair about 2 years ago..we were told it was leather and the tag on the chair also said it was leather. This chair is totally falling apart. The seat back and both arms are just peeling and falling apart. I called the store as we wanted to purchase another chair hopefully one that will last longer than 2 years. I hoped that the store would maybe give us a discount on a different chair but no they want to order parts for our chair and charge us for them.CRAZY we will no longer be shopping in this store as they clearly do not care about their customers and no one else should either.
